The Lawn Rehab Process

Lawn rehabilitation includes three separate steps. First, we remove all unwanted agents from the lawn. This includes dead grass and weeds. Next, we apply the proven THL Blue Premium Soil Conditioner to nurture your soil and current grass. Finally, if needed, we overseed to thicken your lawn and fill in the thin areas.

Most lawns battle poor soil, weeds, and patchy grass. THL Blue’s Lawn Rehab tackles all three challenges and hits the reset button on your lawn’s health.

Dethatching

A thatch is a dead layer of grass that has compacted and built to an unhealthy stage. It takes up valuable real estate and prevents healthy grass from growing. Dethatching removes this layer, increases airflow to the roots, and assists with root growth.

Soil Conditioning

THL Blue applies our Premium Soil Conditioner (PSC) to address the nutrient deficiencies in your lawn, hard clay, and patchy grass. Our PSC contains macro and micronutrients that nurture your lawn, while the microbes in our PSC soften hard surfaces, allowing grass roots to embed into a new, softer, nutrient-filled soil. THL Blue’s PSC also acts as an insulator from extreme weather conditions, making the winter and droughts the perfect time for application.

Overseeding

THL Blue applies seeds to your lawn to thicken or fill patchy areas. This process takes place with lawns that have existing grass. If necessary, we will also reseed lawns with little to no grass.
